Do you want to get an insiders view of how the California political system really works, walk in and be on the Assembly floor where all the lobbying and political networking happens, attend a “live” Assembly Session with our California elected officials, have a power breakfast or lunch with our own State Assembly Member Jared Huffman (6th District), and tour the State Capitol where our leaders make it all happen? Then, this is for you!
One family of up to five (5) persons will be entitled to a guided tour of the State Capitol, meet Assembly Member Jared Huffman, attend a live Assembly Session and see how the political process really works. Your family will also go to either a breakfast, or lunch, with Assembly Member Jared Huffman at one of the nearby upscale State Capitol neighborhood restaurants – just your family and him. You can learn about the local and State issues he is working on, share your ideas and concerns about our area, and find out how he makes it work in politics.
This is a chance of a lifetime for any young budding politician to open their eyes and experience California politics first hand.

4. Days and Times of Assembly Sessions that Assembly Member Jared Huffman will attend, that you can go to, are on either Mondays at 12:00noon or Thursdays at 9:00am.
