Gourmet Vegan Dinner for up to four prepared by VYOA composer in residence, Robert Paterson, in your home the week of January 24-30. Rob will email the winning bidder a shopping list and prepare a gourmet vegan dinner, your choice of cuisine (Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai, American, Mexican, Fusion, etc.), which can be decided before-hand. This may also be treated as a vegan cooking lesson, and other dietary restrictions can be figured in (gluten free, low-fat, etc.).

Rob has been cooking gourmet vegan cuisine for almost twenty years, and used to run a vegan company in Rochester, NY. He is currently working on a vegan cookbook.
