Snappy Salads is for busy people.  I'm like you, in order to keep up, I work 8 to 6 and then have to rush home to get the kids to soccer practice and piano lessons.  When I looked around the market place, I realized that people are craving two things:  1) more time in their day, and 2) healthier dining options.  We all have come to the conclusion that fast food burgers and fries are not good for us, but the reality is that there is no alternative.  That is why I opened Snappy Salads.  So good, even guys like our salads.

High-quality, not high-priced.  My salads (aka. "Snaps") are made with the highest quality ingredients like locally grown and organic produce where possible, dressings made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (the first cold press), and offer real Maytag Blue and Reggiano Parmesan cheese.  I have purposely minimized the amount of mayonnaise and cream-based items from the menu, offer a healthy bread option every day, and sell only one type of delicious cookie so that those of us who are easily tempted won't go overboard.

Today, for a better tomorrow.  We are healthy in more than one sense of the word.  All of our cups, salad containers, and utensils are biodegradable.  Our tea, turkey, and most of our vegetables, are organic.  The shirts and aprons that our team members wear are made from hemp; the long "gathering" tables are made from reclaimed wood; the walls are painted using eco-friendly paint.  The bathroom fixtures are touchless limiting the amount of electricity, water, and paper towels that are consumed.  These are just a few of the ways we want to make tomorrow a better place for all of us.
