The address is 5825 Collins Avenue one mile north of the famous Fountain Blue Hotel & Condo. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every room in the condo (including the kitchen!!). This large condo unit is on the 15th floor with spectacular ocean views.  Condo consists of large living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and valet parking (fee included). The building has been recently upgraded with a new Lobby, Patio, Deck and elevators. If you don’t want to cook, there is Olie Café, located in the 2nd floor of the building, serving lunch and dinner, with room service.
It is a great vacation spot for a family of six for a winter or summer (too hot!!) vacation. The owner is flexible for any time in 2011 (or if you can wait until 2012). You only need to coordinate with the owner 2 weeks in advance of your desired dates.
