Celebrate a special occassion or simply revel in the experience of a private winemaker dinner for 12, with your hosts Beltane Ranch and Dane Cellars at ESTATE, one of Sonoma Valley's premier fine dining establishments.

Sondra Bernstein's  ESTATE is the ideal spot for such a special evening.  The cuisine is a celebration of California's best with an Italian flair - much like if you had an Italian Grandma who happened to live on a farm in Sonoma and who was an extraordinary cook.  The building itself is a tribute to beauty and romance and was once the home of General Vallejo's daughter, Natalia.  Inside, Bernstein has created a more contemporary ambiance, while still paying respect to the history of the building. 

Your hosts promise an interesting and memorable evening.  Both families have long histories of either making wine or growing grapes in the Valley.  In 2007, the Hansen family opened Dane Cellars, and just last year, the Wood family released their first private label Beltane Ranch Sauvignon Blanc.

This will be an evening of great food, fascinating conversation, and wonderful wines.  Additionally, produce for the meal will come from Beltane Ranch's highly acclaimed gardens.  A true "insiders experience."
