This multi-award winning wine is sure to be favorite of all Late Harvest wine lovers. About 10% of the grapes in the clusters were affected by Botrytis, resulting in a high level of sugar without too much dehydration. This has created a wine full of wonderful freshness yet showing the special "Noble Rot" character. The wine expresses seductive aromas of peach, apricot, ginger and buttered toast. This is a special wine to savor, high in residual sugar yet incredibly balanced with a rich, complex, honeyed character.
