Method CrossFit is a performance based core strength and conditioning program where we teach you how to safely and effectively push, pull, lift, run, jump and throw. We combine weightlifting, endurance training, gymnastic movements and nutrition guidance to maximize your results.
Receive a 2 month membership for you and one friend! Receive fitness advice from a professional trainer and unlimited classes within the 2-month time period.
Special Instructions
Must be used by Dec. 31, 2011
Membership must be used in successive months and can't be separated.
Winner and friend must be 18 yrs of age or older.
Winner and friend must attend 3 introductory classes before attending regular classes.
