The famous Copper Triangle has long been considered one of Colorado’s classic alpine road rides.  Graced with breathtaking scenery, gorgeous roads and three challenging climbs, the Copper Triangle exemplifies cycling in the Colorado Rockies.  The 6th anniversary of the Colorado Cyclist Copper Triangle Alpine Classic will take place on Saturday August 6th, 2011 as an impeccably supported ride.

Cyclist will start and finish at Burning Stones Plaza in central Copper Mountain Resort, Colorado.  Amply stocked aid/rest stations will be positioned throughout the course.  Upon returning from your ride, participants will be greeted by the “Alpine Celebration”. The post-ride party, with music, a first – class lunch, prize drawings and cycling expo will continue throughout the afternoon.
