YogaWorks Irvington is perched high above the Hudson River in a beautiful, historic Beaux-Arts building designed by the acclaimed American architect Stanford White. This charming, high-ceilinged space has river views, carved mantels, and exceptional light, and is surrounded by the incomparable natural beauty of the Hudson Valley. The Irvington studio is just one block away from the Metro North Station (approximately 40 minutes by train from Grand Central) on South Buckhout Street. Irvington's wonderful quaint shop and restaurants are all within walking distance. This serene studio is a community-centered place where students and staff are on a first name basis. Originally Allan Finger's first New York Yoga Center, the studio offers several Ishta style classes in addition to Hatha and Vinyasa Flow at all levels. The staff and teachers are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
