Village Balloon has been a part of the Hastings-on-Hudson community since 1993. This independent shop offers flowers, both cut and arranged, gifts and a wide variety of balloons for party needs. Owner Nina Lanza believes in providing excellent customer service since, according to her, "Customer service is what keeps the local flourist alive."
