This is a beautiful limited edition watercolor print, by Robert E. Kennedy, called, "Banyan Tree, Key West".  The house in the print is thought to be Ernest Hemingway's, but this is not known for sure. 

The print is signed by the artist, hand numbered 650/1500, and is matted, but not framed.  The dimensions are 14" x 18".
