Antique Head Vase, Signed and Numbered, by Kaye of Hollywood

Item Number: 1045
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
Head vases were popular in the 1930's and 40's. I have one from my Grandmother that I remember seeing in her home.
They are highly collectible. This pretty lady is numbered 2145, signed "Kaye" on the bottom, and measures 7.5" tall. I think she looks a bit like Joan Crawford!
Kaye of Hollywood ceramic studio was founded in the early 1940's by Katherine (Kay) Schueftan. Her studio created hand-decorated figurines and figure vases.
This rather scarse figure vase, or wall pocket vase, will be a wonderful addition to any fine collection.
