Deutsch Pomologie was a German publication, composed of studies of fruit, published in the late 19th Century. This page shows the Hardenpont variety, which was first cultivated by a Belgian abbot. This print's dimensions are 6 1/2'" x 4 1/8". In mint condition and matted in museum board, the overall size is 14" x 16" in a gold wood frame with design. It was donated by Stephan and Julia Brigidi of the Bristol Workshops in Photography, Bristol, RI.
