Enjoy a delectable picnic from Lighthouse Catering. You can choose your feast from one of the following gourmet picnic baskets! Bon apetit!
The Bon Voyage Basket: Over-stuffed lobster meat sandwiches, superb snail salad, fresh mozzarella with organic tomatoes and garden basil, Cape Cod potato chips, chocolate brownie.
The Deep Sea Basket: Asian tuna-steak sandwiches with wasabi dressing, superb snail salad, bow-tie pasta salad with organic tomatoes, basil and cheddar cheese, Cape Cod potato chips, chocolate brownie.
The Day Trip Basket: Chicken and plump red grape salad sandwiches, perfect potato salad, three bean salad in olive oil and red wine vinegar, Cape Cod potato chips, chocolate brownie.
Baskets are generously stuffed for two people. Baskets come with cloth napkins & silverware to be returned with the basket to Lighthouse within 1 week of pick-up.

***Lighthouse Catering only uses ingredients and menu items that are either organic, sustainable, and/or local. We contract with Simmons Farm in Middletown, RI. This local farm provides only certified organic vegetables and meats. Not all of our offerings will fall under the ‘organic’ label, but our food choices are prudently selected.
***Lighthouse does not use bulk distributor ingredients or items. Every menu item will come from a local business.
***We are environmentally conscious and strive to use 100% post-consumer and environmentally friendly products and equally sound practices.
