Unique Custom Gaff Rig Schooner

LAYOUT/ACCOMODATIONS:
Varnished Oak, Pine and Cedar interior. 6'2" headroom headroom and natural lighting provided by numerous ports and overhead hatches.
A total of nine can be accommodated for sleeping, with four in two double berths berths, one each in two singles and 3 on convertible settees.
Upon entering the yacht in the raised wheelhouse seating is to starboard and chart table is to port. Steering, electronics, electrical panel and engine panels are all in the view ahead.
Forward stairs lead down to the 16'X16' saloon area consisting of a full galley, island counter, fixed table, one 12' settee, one 6' settee and a 4'X4' cargo hatch/skylight. The galley is equipped with a 24" propane range, double sink, 6 cu. ft. holding plate refrigeration system. Water system is gravity feed and there is a copious amount of cabinets, lockers and under seats and counter storage.
To port and moving aft is a head complete with shower and then a guest stateroom with a double berth with hanging lockers, drawers and an access to the engine room. To starboard and moving aft of the galley is currently and work room with a head and 7 ft work bench, but could easily converted to a sleeping area.
Moving forward from the saloon is a double stateroom which could accommodate crew or guests. There are two oversized single berths, lockers, drawers and ladder access to the deck. The forepeak contains anchors, rode etc..
The aft Master Stateroom is a massive 11'X 12' complete with a centerline double berth, hanging lockers and storage galore. There is a hatch/and port lights, but the best is yet to come. Opening stern windows not only add to the view, but it's also great ventilation.
