Description

The artist designed this window as a study in the use of precut glass pieces in 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 ratios using white, yellow, orange and red glasses to produce the dramatic effect of moving the eye inward towards the center of the cross. A beautiful cathedral water glass then wraps the entire mosaic in a restful, transparent amber cross that gives solidity to the whole while contrasting with the opacity of the mosaic. Green glass crosses fill the spaces above and below the arms, themselves wrapped in an opalescent white.

This window has extraordinary color when backlit by daylight  or illuminated by interior lighting in the evening.

The window measures 23.25" (H) x 13.375"(W). It is ready to hang with attached wire loops.
