Rory can help steer you in the right direction.  She has quite an impressive background! She has participated in sports and fitness her entire life.  She grew up in Napa, and played volleyball and basketball and was named  Street and Smith's two-time basketball all-american.  She was inducted into the Napa Valley Athletic Hall of Fame in 2001.  She graduated at the University of Colorado-Boulder on a full basketball scholarship, but transferred to the UC Berkeley to finish her basketball eligibility while earning her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology.  Rory went on to complete her Master's degree in Sports and Fitness Management at the University of San Francisco.
