Craig assisted the 49ers to the Superbowl in 1985, 1988 and 1989; he appeared in the NFL Playoffs every year of his career.  He was the first player in NFL history to both run and receive for over 1,000 yards in a single season.  As of today, Roger Craig remains the only running back to lead the NFL in receptions for a single season, and the only one ever to record over 100 receiving yards in a Super Bowl.
