The session can occur at Alison's studio, the winning bidder's home or gym.

Alison Peltz has been a fitness professional for over 20 years, an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for 16 years and a Master Pilates Instructor for 11 years. She works with a diverse clientele including professional athletes and dancers, weekend warriors, people who suffer from back, neck, knee and shoulder pain, those seeking a more fit lifestyle and ladies who just want to look better in their jeans.

She combines manual therapy, Pilates, functional training, and home exercise prescription to help each individual meet their goals.
