Create your own stain glass picture at this art class. Kids will look at the examples of stain glass windows for inspiration. They draw their design, transfer it to the transparent support and paint in their color glass.  The final design can be hung next to the window to let the colored light warm the room or be on the wall as an opaque picture.

What art gives children:
The arts help children learn to say what cannot be said. When children are invited to disclose what a work of art helps them feel, they must reach into their poetic capacities to find the words that will do the job.

About the teacher: Anna Efanova is a working artist and teacher. Her work has been exhibited in different galleries and museums. She has been giving classes for over 5 years to kids and adults.
