The Felson's property includes full access to all amenities of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, including its five pools, spa, fitness center, tennis club, Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and snorkeling pond. Guests will also have access to the kids' club where children five and up can choose from a host activities under the care of resort staff.

Hawaiian vacation includes lodging only. Winning bidder responsible for own air, ground transportation, meals, activities and other vacation and resort expenses.
Hualalai Resort charges a mandatory $30/person daily resort fee for all occupants age 14 years and older for use of its amenities, which is also the responsibility of winning bidder.
Dates subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Residence is available during Thanksgiving week, President's week and other dates by mutual agreement.
Blackout dates include
December 12th through January 6th, Passover vacation and during the months of June, July and August, during which residence is not available.
As a condition to use of the home, winning bidder maybe required to sign a liability waiver relating to use of the pool and golf carts and other potential damages and liabilities as requested by donor. Winning bidder must also provide advance security deposit in reasonable and customary amount. Maximum occupancy of 10 people (not to include more than 4 children).
Certificate for use of home must be redeemed for use within two years of the Disco Ball, by April 2, 2013.
