In this experience, Christian Bowers, of Bola Pizza, will roll up to your location with his custom built, wood fired pizza oven. 

A pizza party for 40 guests will commence!

You will be treated to his signature pizza using the dough recipe he meticulously crafted over three years.  A crust that is not quite Neapolitan style and not quite New York style, but Austin style! 

Pizzas are created using local ingredients like Kocerek Family Charcuterie sausage, Salt & Time pancetta and cheeses from the Antonelli's. 

It's been the declared the best pizza in a 500 mile radius of Austin!
