Description
Michael Fracasso, a soulful singer/songwriter, and terrific Italian cook, will go to the home of the winning bidder to demonstrate how to make potato gnocchi with the winner's choice of either a Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce flavored with fennel or a simple red sauce with basil.
Following the demonstration and dining, he will perform from his catalogue of original music for those in attendance.

Limited to the Austin, Texas area.
The Class will be held in the kitchen of the winning bidder and can be from 2 to 10 people. Michael will confer with the winning bidder and provide any special cooking equipment that may be needed.
The winning bidder must complete the expereince by November 12, 2011.
