Stubb's Bar-B-Q is a true Austin institution honoring C.B "Stubb" Stubblefield, a legendary figure in Texas music history who was famous for crossing boundaries, creating communities, and generously feeding budding musicians.
The restaurant is housed in a 19th-century stone building, with a big stage out back that's one of Austin's most popular outdoor music venues, showcasing everything from hip-hop to country to rock'n'roll.
