Debra Auden, artisan baker and teacher, started LocuStreet Bakery in San Antonio behind Restaurant Biga with her husband Bruce Auden.

Over the years she has baked the full spectrum of artisan breads in the old world tradition, specializing in naturally leavened sourdough loaves.

In her bread baking classes she emphasizes the health benefits and satisfaction of successfully producing high quality breads in the European tradition.
