The Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival, March 31 - April 3, 2011 is the annual four-day celebration of all things wonderful in Texas food, wine and culinary talent culminates with the Grand Tasting (formerly known as the Sunday Fair).
Stroll through tents filled with artisan producers while sampling an amazing array of distinctive wines, spirits, foods and craft beers.
Enjoy guest chef cooking demonstrations and live music all afternoon as you sample the best of Texas and beyond.

The Texas Hill Country Wine and Food Festival brings together innovative culinary artisans and wine producers who celebrate the rich traditions that influence Texas Wine and Food.
