Description

This etched Strombergshytten crystal polar bear is in excellent condition. It is signed "Strombergshytten Sweden p245 c 1492". The original Strombergshytten tag is still in place.

Special Instructions

Formerly the Lindefors glassworks, founded 1876 in Sweden, the Strombergshytten glass factory was destroyed by fire in 1973. Orrefors bought the company in 1976 and then closed it in 1979. Strombergshytten crystal is very collectible as fine examples of mid-Twentieth Century art glass.
