History of Pairpoint Silver Company: The Pairpoint Manufacturing Company was founded in 1880 in New Bedford, MA, and made silver products until 1894, when it was taken over by the Mt. Washington Glass Company and later reorganized in 1900 as the Pairpoint Company.
