Stretch and relax!

Enjoy a private yoga session in your home for yourself and up to nine more of your friends.  The instructor is certified in Hatha yoga (Hatha incorporates breathing/meditation and physical movement) and Vinyasa (which is basically Hatha except in a continuous flow). 

Typically she customizes the yoga to the needs of the participants.  If you would like to do yoga to stretch and relax or if you want to burn calories and strength train, she can accommodate such requests.

This would be great fun for your next bunko game or after golf!
