South-Van Events provides Catering and Special Event Services for Weddings, Social Events and Corporate groups throughout Lexington and the greater bluegrass region. Professionalism, Quality and Experience are the hallmarks of our array of services
They will provide a Cocktail Reception at your location for up to 30 guests. You may choose up to 5 items from their standard cocktail reception menu. Labor/Staffing is included up to 4 hours.
Special Instructions
Dates are based on South-Van's availability.
Date must be reserved a minimum of 4 weeks out.
Certificate Expires: November 1, 2011.
This package does not include: Alcohol/Beer/Wine, Bar Set ups, Bartenders, Plates, Flatware &/or Glassware, Gratuities or any rental type items. Winner may choose to add items &/or services to their packages at their own expense, based on South-Van pricing. Limited to Scott, Bourbon, Madison, Jessamine, Franklin & Woodford counties in the state of Kentucky.
This item will have to be shipped or picked up by the winner at the JA office in Louisville, KY. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
