However, kids who have suffered an injury, undergone surgery or have a congenital condition, as well as developmental delays, need and can benefit from certain pediatric physical therapy programs.
Shadow a physical therapist who is concerned with a child’s ability to participate in movement activities such as crawling, walking, running, playing games and participating in sports. In addition, you'll see how physical therapists can help the children who rely on mobility devices learn to navigate safely in various environments.
This item is for a two-hour job shadowing experience. You can meet in their Shelbyville, KY office or at All About Kids, 2531 Blakenbaker Pkwy. Louisville, KY
Special Instructions
Children must be 12 years of age or older to participate. A chaperone is recommended for children between the ages of 12-18. This job shadowing experience is good through January 1, 2012.
A certificate will be mailed to the winner. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
