From Chelsea Piers' Sports Training Center, BlueStreak, FIVE sport-specific 90 minute training sessions for an athlete of any age.
- Working in small groups and supervised by certified coaching staff, dedicated athletes can improve their speed, conditioning, running mechanics, agility and coordination skills.
- Programs include: general conditioning, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, running, soccer, and volleyball.
