One Hour Consultation with Nutrition Consultant, Limore Kurtz.  Limore Kurtz, MA, RD, CPT Nutrition Consultant/Wellness Education Specialist, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University.  She earned her Master's degree in Food and Nutrition from Ball State in Indiana, where she completed an Intensive Dietetic Internship.  Limore has worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults in schools, hospitals and wellness centers in which she conducted cooking demonstrations and provided group and individual counseling on healthy eating, physical activity and diet related disease-state management.  Limore's areas of expertise include weight management, diabetes, cardiac nutrition and digestive disorders.  She has spent considerable time in Australia and Israel learning multi-cultural food patterns, and is well-versed in kosher dietary law.  Limore also works with Sports Club/LA on the Upper East Side concentrating on wellness promotion, weight management, disease prevention and sports nutrition.  Within this capacity, Limore has been providing counseling to clients with a wide range of ailments, striving to cultivate wellbeing and mindful eating by integrating her understanding of biochemistry and nutritional science with human behavior and traditional healing modalities.
