"I eat there regularly, and the food is really excellent and authentic. They also sell delicious fresh made tortillas by the pound, as well as what's on the menu.  It was started by a couple about a year ago and has the only real tortilla maker in NYC, imported from Mexico. I've had tours of their tiny downstairs kitchen a couple of times, and it is fascinating to see and hear how the nixtamal and masa (which is made one way for tortillas, another way for tamales) are made. It's a tiny operation, but has already become a destination for people coming from Long Island and New Jersey (as well as the Corona neighborhood, of course).
