2-hour rugby lesson with Play Rugby USA - Flag (non contact) Rugby!

Come and play Flag Rugby where everyone gets to run, catch, tag, pass and score! Dash down the field, side-step defenders, dart through gaps and work with your team-mates to reach the try line. This exciting sport, suitable for boys and girls, will involve lots of fun tagging, evasion and team-invasion games while learning all the basic fundamentals. Absolutely no rugby experience is required – you will learn everything from a trained rugby coach who will deliver Play Rugby USA’s afterschool curriculum.
