• Looking over the menu, I took a Eurostar straight for the Norcina (sausage, mushrooms, mozzarella, tomato sauce) with a nice lentil soup, salve of my childhood, to start. This was excellent pizza. The crust is thin and perfectly crispy without being too hard. It doesn't get that soggy in the middle, and it doesn't cool off instantly. Also, the pies are quite generously large with generous toppings.


• Cool, laid back atmosphere.
