Bid on this adorable Vacation Beach Home for your Spring or Winter Getaway. For three nights between the dates of February 6 to June 14, 2011 (excluding Spring Break) or September 16, 2011 - February 6, 2012 (excludes Thanksgiving and Christmas) you could be relaxing in this cozy home. The home is approximately 1200 sq. Feet. It has a fenced yard and it is near a golf course, the beach and many dining establishments. A gas fireplace will keep you warm and it sleeps 6. You will be steps from the beach in Seaside. Located in the quiet "Cove" neighborhood of Seaside, the home is one mile from the promenade to downtown Seaside where all the action is in the summer.
Special Instructions
Booking must be made with the donors Beth and Dave Swanson. This home has many amenities not listed here but, can be seen online at www.beachhouse1.com. Pets are allowed however, the winning bidder needs to arrange this with the donors. Deposits are waived for the winning bidder and the donor will forward the cleaning fee. Any cleaning or damages beyond what the rental company allows will be paid by the bidder. Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled less that 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of stay and are subject to prior bookings/availability. Extra days may be added to the initial booking at the rate of $95 per night.
