Mrs. Larson’s 3^rd and 4^th grade class have created a stunning piece of birdbath art for the garden.  Mrs. Larson conceptualized the birdbath motif of a  colorful dragonfly and mosaic artisan Brian Downs created the design.  Sabrina Chiu sponsored and facilitated the project. The students applied the tiles in patterns and random strokes of creative genius to create a beautiful birdbath that will enhance any garden. The goal was for the children to learn mosaic creation skills and to use their collaborative abilities and innovation to create an artistic piece of beauty.   Take one look at the birdbath and it's clear to see —the children have succeeded.
