Dinner for Two.  $110 Certificate.   Former Hollywood nightspot Les Deux has been reborn with a similar name, Les Deux Estate, and a gastropub concept. Overseeing the kitchen is chef Dave Schmit, who for years cooked alongside Patrick Healy at the Buffalo Club in Santa Monica. The fare includes comfort food like macaroni and cheese made with Fontina, white cheddar and smoked gouda; grilled flatiron steak with caramelized shallots and red wine jus; and bourbon bread pudding à la mode for dessert. Guests can select from the established list of handcrafted cocktails from mixologist Giovanni Martinez, or opt for the “Dealer’s Choice” and select the spirits and flavors to be featured in a drink created on the spot.
