2007 Syrah (91% Syrah & 9% Pt. Syrah)

This Syrah opens with an array of herbs like sage, rosemary and anise.  The mouth is dominated by black fruits, juicy berries and a very respectful light toasty oak.  The finish is bright with hints of vanilla, dry tannin and sweet fruits.
