One month of private one-on-one strength training sessions, once per week for 20-30 minutes.


SuperSlow is the safest, most efficient, most effective method of exercise available. The average session is 15-20 minutes. SuperSlow is performed under the supervision of your personal certified SuperSlow® instructor. Each exercise is carried out to a point of maximum momentary fatigue of the muscles, in order to provide the highest level of strength and fitness improvement.

At SuperSlow LA, we tailor your program to provide you with precisely the dosage of exercise your body requires to produce optimal results. We don't waste your time with anything more. The amount of exercise required varies slightly between individuals based upon factors such as age, level of experience, intensity level, and genetic traits relating to metabolism and the hormonal system. Experience has taught us that when employing the highly efficient methods used at SuperSlow LA, most people require no more than one 20-minute session per week.
