This heavenly oil is produced by an Archer Mom in Capalbio,  Southern Tuscany, six miles from the sea. These bottles are from the new Fall 2010 pressing, extra virgin, unfiltered and cold pressed.  It is the house olive oil at Madeo, probably the best Tuscan Italian Restaurant in LA, and is sold in a few high-end specialty food shops such as the Beverly Hills Cheese Shop and Joan’s on Third.
