La Note is an authentic Provençal restaurant in the heart of downtown Berkeley. Traditional breakfast and lunch bistro fare are combined with rustic Provençal dinners in a warm and charming atmosphere. The restaurant's owner Dororthée Mitrani-Bell, and a graduate from UC Berkeley's Environment design program (1994), won an award in excellence 1998 for "outstanding storefront improvements" and rehabilitation of it's beautiful 1875 building. The stunning interior patio is open April - October.
