Please join us for a private pie making class with Pietisserie's Chef Jaynelle St. Jean. Chef Jaynelle will share her secret pie making techniques and exclusive filling recipes including Okinawan Sweet Potato, Yam-Ginger and Banana Chai Cream Pie /Nilla Crust ! You will get to savor your creations and sip on Oakland's own Roast Coffee.

Class will be held March 18th, 2011 (10am-1pm) in the lovely home of Eva Camp.
