Thursdays are Smoked Prime Rib Night, when $18.95 buys you 16 ounces of heaven plus two sides and cornbread. On Sundays, kids eat for half-price, and in Beverly the whole family can check out vintage cars, trucks and bikes from 3-7pm during Cruise Night.

Your voucher is good at both the Beverly and Rowley locations, and along with your meal, American BBQ serves up a healthy helping of hospitality too. Meats are dry rubbed with a secret mix of spices and seasonings, then wood-smoked for 5-16 hours. Dinner plates, which come with your choice of two sides and cornbread, include the Memphis Pork Ribs ($12.95 for a 1/3 rack), the Phantom Gourmet-approved Beef Brisket ($12.50) and the Texas Smoked Sausage ($11.95). For the larger carnivorous crowd, order your fall-off-the-bone-tender meats family style: sold by the pint, quart and half-pan, which is enough to serve 15 people. Built-in paper towel racks at each table give you license to ditch the fork and knife and dig in hands first.
