I started my business after working at The Taylor Family Foundation's Celiac Camp and seeing the lack of choices of yummy treats for those children on a gluten free diet. I had already seen my mother who has celiac disease, suffer for years as she has attended special events, never able to enjoy the deserts. During this time I was working at Whole Food's bakery where I saw the lack of options for GF customers - and their frustration. There were few quality products to satisfy their sweet tooth and no made-to-order options.

Armed with bowlfuls of knowledge, batches of quality & a lifelong love of baking, I started Miglet's Gluten Free Bakery - a dedicated gluten-free facility. Although we began as a "Cupcakery," we've listened to our wonderful customers and we now make a wide variety of delicious treats. We are always looking for ways to offer even more... because our customers deserve only the BEST!
