Buyer will get free rental of the Volunteer Yacht Club Lower Hall for 5 hours (last call is 11:30) with bartender.  Need to abide by VYC guidelines and hall rental is based on availability.  Buyer will contact VYC to set up appointment to schedule date.

Exclusions – no children parties (sweet sixteen, birthday)  Rental can be used for wedding, retirement parties, 40^th birthday parties etc.
