Third bedroom contains two twin-size beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. This condo has a generous living/dining area with amazing oceanfront views and also views over the beach and pool. Great layout for large families or two families to share. Restrictions: Visit is restricted to the following choice of weeks: SAT AUG 6 - SAT AUG 13, 2011; SAT AUG 13 - SAT AUG 20, 2011; or SAT AUG 20 - SAT AUG 27, 2011. Winner may choose one of these weeks only. Winner may not choose dates outside of this time period.
In addition to winning bid, winner is responsible for an $85 cleaning fee payable directly to Inlet Reef at the time of check in.
This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
