If the winner only wants a polish change and cash back, that is not possible as the certificate is only good for service and there is no cash value.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
