The postpartum period is an often overwhelming and exhausting time for the new family. As a postpartum doula, I can provide lactation support, run errands, prepare healthy and nutritious meals, and assist with baby-care. Most importantly, I am there to nurture you, the new mother, by creating space for you to rest, heal, and bond with your new baby.

About Me
I became impassioned with supporting new and expectant families while attending Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1993, soon creating a program for expectant teens at a local high school. Since this time, I have furthered my studies to include yoga instructor certification, certification as a birth doula, a childbirth educator in Birthing From Within, and creating and leading Blessingways for new mothers.
In a society that often leaves new mothers disconnected from traditional sources of support and wisdom, having support from a postpartum doula can often help ease the powerful transitions into motherhood (whether for the first time or in adding to a family).
I bring a wide spectrum of healing services, resources, trained cooking skills, and sense of fun to this most powerful transition. I have successfully created and maintained businesses centered in massage, yoga, and childbirth practices over the past 18 years.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
